Refund and Return Policy

At SafeInvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy is here to help. Please review the following guidelines to understand how to initiate a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Original Receipt: Please retain the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) for your return request.
If the product meets these criteria, you can proceed with your return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Secure Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping fees (both original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once the return is accepted and processed, we can initiate the exchange for you.
Please note that if the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference once the exchange is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the defective item back to us at no cost to you.
- Defective Items: If your product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
- Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Watches that have been worn or used.
- Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
7. Cancellation of Order

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
8. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
If you purchased an item using a promotional discount or coupon code and are eligible for a return, the refund will be processed based on the amount you actually paid for the item after the discount was applied. Any applied discounts or coupons will be considered in the refund calculation.
